NoteyDoc started at a kitchen table in Los Angeles.
My partner is a COTA working in home health. She sees over 40 patients a week, and for a long time her weekends had a fixed cost: two to three hours of writing notes for visits she had already finished. She knew exactly what happened in every session. The work was not remembering it. The work was typing it out, over and over, in the format the chart required.
So I built a tool for one person. She would type a few lines about the visit, and it would create the full SOAP note for her to review and paste into her EHR. Her weekend documentation time collapsed almost immediately, and she stopped carrying notes into her evenings.
Other therapists saw it and asked for it. NoteyDoc is that tool, grown up: an AI documentation assistant built specifically for occupational, physical, and speech therapists, designed around one belief. You already know what you want to write. Getting it into the chart should take seconds, not your evening.

What NoteyDoc is, and is not
NoteyDoc creates a complete SOAP note from a short typed treatment summary in under 7 seconds. It never records patients or sessions, it never writes to your chart automatically, and the therapist reviews every note before it goes anywhere. It is a tool that gives you your documentation time back, with you in control the whole way.
Who is behind it
NoteyDoc is built and run by Maxim Diamandis, founder of NoteyDoc LLC in California, and shaped daily by feedback from the therapists who use it. If you have an idea, a complaint, or a setting we should support better, we want to hear it. Reach out through the Support page.
